By accessing and using the Tax Resolution Academy® directory (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tax Resolution Academy® provides an online directory connecting consumers with tax resolution professionals. The Service includes:

  • A searchable directory of tax professionals
  • Professional profiles with credentials and reviews
  • Inquiry submission and routing
  • Review and rating functionality
  • A public questions and answers section

3. User Responsibilities

For Consumers

  • Provide accurate information in inquiry forms
  • Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a professional
  • Submit honest, factual reviews based on actual experiences
  • Respect the privacy of professionals and other users

For Professionals

  • Maintain accurate and current profile information
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable professional licensing requirements
  • Adhere to IRS Circular 230 and other relevant regulations
  • Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

4. Independent Contractors

Professionals listed in this directory are independent practitioners, not employees or agents of Tax Resolution Academy®. We do not control, supervise, or direct the work of directory members. Any engagement between consumers and professionals is a direct relationship between those parties.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Tax Resolution Academy® makes no guarantees regarding:

  • The outcome of any tax resolution case
  • The quality of service provided by any professional
  • The accuracy of information provided by professionals
  • The availability or response time of professionals

Any result described anywhere on this Service is specific to that client's facts and circumstances and is not a prediction of the outcome of any other matter.

6. Not Legal or Tax Advice

Information provided through this Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding your specific situation.

7. Verification Limitations

While we verify credentials of directory members, this verification:

  • Represents a point in time check, not continuous monitoring
  • Does not guarantee current license status or good standing
  • Does not evaluate skill, competency, or suitability for your needs
  • Does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation

8. Reviews and Content

  • Reviews must be based on actual service experiences
  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our policies
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user submitted content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAX RESOLUTION ACADEMY® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ENGAGEMENT WITH DIRECTORY PROFESSIONALS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tax Resolution Academy®, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Directory Listings (For Professionals)

  • A directory listing is a benefit included with Tax Resolution Academy® membership. There is no separate charge for a listing.
  • Listings end when the underlying Academy membership ends
  • We may suspend or remove a listing for violations of these Terms
  • Profile data may be retained after removal per our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
